The programme commenced with an inaugural ceremony featuring a prayer song, lighting of the lamp, welcome dance, and formal addresses. The event was Presided over by Rev. Dr. Cyril Anand OIC. Chief Guest Hon’ble Shri Gajendra Yadav emphasized the critical importance of early detection and proper management of eclampsia to reduce maternal and neonatal mortality.

The academic sessions began with Dr. Jessica Joseline from Karnataka speaking on “Eclampsia: An Unpredictable Complication in High-Risk Pregnancies”, highlighting risk factors and preventive strategies, next session Sushila Bais madam tell about MgSO₄ In another session, elaborated on the long-term impact of eclampsia and the importance of post-care follow-up.
